Orion Prime - Teaser (Amstrad CPC)

Hi,

As some of you may know, Arkos, in association with Les Sucres En Morceaux, have been working on an adventure game for a few years. It is about to get released in French, English, Spanish and German.

But before that, we decided to release a little Teaser that will show you a bit of what the game is about. Watch it here :

It seems to be really good. Do you have a demo of it or we have to wait until the game is finished? I don't have an Amstrad but I use the Caprice emulator. Will it work in that emulator? I love Caprice because it has an Pocket pc port of it.

You won't be able to download any demo of this game. The most you will be able to see is a screenshot here :

The Pix'n'Love french magazine will show some screens in may.

I don't know if the game will work on Caprice, but I heard that the teaser didn't. So I am afraid you won't be able to play on your pocket PC... you should buy a real CPC !

It seems that Caprice doesn't cope very well with my disc format (although it is rather "normal"). I know the developpers are aware of that, but the FDC code isn't their own, so I don't know if they'll able to improve it !

Well... If it does not work by now in Caprice... Maybe i'll try it on WinApe or the other Amstrad emulators... We'll see if it works there!

I have no space for another real computer in my house! By now it is full of old consoles and computers and, literally, there is no more space. I like the idea of buying an Amstrad, but... It's not possible. Sorry!!!!

Oh don't worry, the game works very well with Winape (though, of course, it's far from being as beautiful as on a real CPC).

Hi,

Just so you know that this not Vapor-ware, we will present our game on the next CPC Meeting, Amtrad Expo 2009, that will take place in Coutances (France), on May 29,30 and 31st. Will be shown the whole introduction, and the beginning of the game. Only ONCE .

The game is now complete and will enter beta test !
